Tell us your date, venue and the feeling you're dreaming of. We'll reply within two business days.
Booking Terms
Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and begins the design process. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Installations cannot proceed without payment in full.
Rescheduling
Life happens — your retainer may be transferred once to a new date within 12 months, with at least 14 days' notice.
Travel & access
Styling within the Comox Valley is included. Travel beyond the valley, early access or late-night strike may be quoted separately.
